  Please note, our handmade pottery and color tones may vary slightly from piece to piece. 
 It is important to understand that with handmade pottery each piece is an original, like clam shells on the beach, they are all the same but different. The pottery that we send you will not be exactly like you see in the pictures, we try to make them even better. 

Processing Your Order
 Mondays are our usual shipping date, however holidays or the kiln not cool enough to unload can change the ship date.

Tracking Your Order
Most of the shipping companies do provide us with a tracking #. If you are in needed give a call or e-mail. If we send out a small item with a small package express a tracking # is not provided.

Return Policy

First of all, thank you for purchasing from us and let us keep you as happy as a clam with returning your item.
This following information is only for items that were purchased on this website. www.musselsandmore.com . If you purchased our pottery at a local gift store please return to that store.

You have 14 days to return your purchase

Our handmade pottery is quite durable but it still must be treated with the utmost in care when repackaging it. Be sure to keep all original packing materials if you plan to return an item. For your security, please use an insured courier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Mussels and More Pottery is not responsible for items damaged, lost in transit or the shipping cost of the return. All items must be packed sufficiently to receive full credit on the return. Pending inspection and approval of returned product, your card will be credited the full amount of your purchase.  All credit card refunds will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Items Broken during Shipping
If you have receive an item that is broken e-mail us a picture. Please contact Customer Service at (250) 286-9924 Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM PST to obtain a credit or have a replacement shipped out.

Order Cancellation
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel back ordered items that have not yet shipped, please contact Customer Service at (250) 286-9924 Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM PST.
