Shell Baked Fresh Seafood Pasta
Baked and served in our pottery shells this fresh baked seafood dish makes for an impressive presentation. It makes six individual servings



Step 1
Boil approx 6 cups of penne pasta 'til tender
Drain and set aside
Step 2
Melt 1 tablespoon butter in saucepan
Add 1 chopped onion, 3 cloves garlic chopped
Sauté ’til tender
Step 3
Add to onion mixture:
4 oz. cream cheese
1 cup cottage cheese
Heat on low ’til melted, stirring occasionally
Step 4
Add the following:
¼ cup parmesan cheese
1 - 10 oz. can mushroom soup
½ cup milk
2 teaspoons dill weed
¼ teaspoon pepper
salt to taste
Heat through 'til creamy and blended,Do not boil
Step 5
Add the following:
300 gm. scallops
100-150 gm. shrimp
100 gm. imitation or real crab
Step 6
Stir together pasta and creamy seafood mixture
Spoon into 6 small pottery shells
(shown are the bearclaw and clam)
Sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese
Bake 25 - 30 min. at 350°
